MICHAEL DIETZ
Tim McCormick is a former NBA player, basketball analyst, author, and motivational speaker. A University of Michigan graduate, McCormick played 10 seasons in the NBA and currently directs the NBA Players Association's Top 100 Camp.
Michael Dietz is the President and Founder of Dietz Sports & Entertainment. He brings decades of experience in sports management and is dedicated to helping student-athletes develop as players, leaders, and future professionals.

Elena Gallagher
Elena Gallagher supports marketing, player recruitment, and event operations for Michigan Elite 25. She is helping lead the inaugural Girls Basketball Camp and assists with camp planning, communications, and player outreach. She is entering her junior year at the University of Michigan, where she studies Sport Management and works with the Michigan Women's Basketball program.
MICHAEL MASSUCCI
Director of Education
Michael Massucci serves as Director of Education for Michigan Elite 25. He oversees the program's educational and leadership development initiatives, coordinating guest speakers and classroom sessions designed to help student-athletes succeed on and off the court. His work helps ensure participants gain valuable life skills alongside elite basketball instruction.
GEORGE WARD
Director of Basketball Operations
George Ward serves as Director of Basketball Operations for Michigan Elite 25. He helps oversee camp logistics, player development, and on-court programming, working closely with coaches to create a high-level learning environment. His leadership helps ensure a first-class experience for athletes throughout the program.
TJ Kelly
Director of Recruitment
TJ Kelly heads the scouting process across Michigan. He has been with the Elite 25 Foundation since its inception in 2013 and has been a major player in securing the best talent in the state.
